Throughout the course of Ultimate Invasion, the villainous machinations of the Maker caused some of Marvel's most iconic figures to develop into near unrecognizable versions of themselves. While this was already true in the case of Howard Stark, his son Tony has picked up a mantle that is both familiar and entirely new to his character. Additionally, this new heroic figure appears to be rewriting one of the most harrowing chapters in the history of the classic Avengers villain Kang the Conqueror.
