In Monarch: Legacy of Monsters, the human element has played a key element in the story. Set right after 2014's Godzilla, the Apple TV+ series finds Cate, Kentaro and May trying to unearth the truth about Monarch. Unfortunately, while they dissect the conspiracy at hand regarding Monarch covering up the existence of more Titans, May turns out to be a shady character.
