Nikke has amassed over 528 million USD since its release, according to mobile market data site Data.ai. It's already received several awards, including Google Play's Best of 2023 for Best Game and Best Story. Nikke has held crossover events with properties like Chainsaw Man, Nier: Automata, and Re:Zero.
Nikke's setting is a dark, alien-scarred universe, where humanoid weapons–Nikke–are mankind's last hope against a vicious race of aliens called Raptures that have driven them underground.
The struggle continues with Last Kingdom, a new story event that focuses on a cache of superfood seeds that might solve the world's ongoing food shortage. The Rapture Chatterbox and the traitor Nikke Indivilia learn about the cache that's stored under a renovated castle called Crown Kingdom. They lead a massive invasion against the kingdom, which is countered by Nikkes Crown, Kilo, Chime, and Modernia.
Last Kingdom contains a ton of visual assets that bring the struggle to life, like the new 3D field map that blends fantasy and sci-fi into a unique setting with a whole new atmosphere. Nikke’s R&D team poured their blood sweat and tears into Last Kingdom to guarantee old fans and newcomers will be pulled directly into the heart of the conflict. This year Nikke will continue the story of the commander exploring the surface and devs indicate that there will be an incident of the Ark.
