Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead is a delightful new horror/comedy anime of the Summer 2023 anime season, and it expertly blends several genres into a simple, deceptively deep narrative. Protagonist Akira Tendo and his new friends are fighting for their lives in a zombie apocalypse but with a few twists to balance the familiar zombie movie clichés and tropes. It's a refreshing and exciting blend of old and new.
