For the last few months, Iron Man has been waging a war against Stark Unlimited's new owner, Feilong. Unfortunately, it's a war he's losing. Few issues make this more clear than Invincible Iron Man #8 (by Gerry Duggan, Juan Frigeri, Bryan Valenza, VC's Joe Caramagna) where Tony receives a cease and desist, demanding that he turn over the Iron Man armor. As it turns out, by acquiring Stark Unlimited, Feilong owns the property rights to all iterations of the Iron Man armor, past and present.
