September has arrived, and with it comes a bunch of new LEGO sets. There’s some great stuff out this month for brick-building fans, including sets from Marvel, Star Wars, Harry Potter, and more. They also come in a nice range of price points, so you don’t have to drop a ton of money if you don’t want to.
LEGO Minifigures Marvel Series 2 (6-Pack)
- 1-pack - $4.99 at LEGO Store
Out now is a new batch of Marvel minifigs, including Wolverine in his iconic blue-and-yellow suit from X-Men: The Animated Series. Also in the mix are Moon Knight, She-Hulk, Beast, Storm, and more. This 6-pack comes with six blind boxes, so good luck.
New LEGO Star Wars Sets
- Ahsoka Ghost & Phantom II - $159.99
- Coruscant Guard Gunship - $139.99
- New Republic E-Wing vs. Shin Hati’s Starfighter - $109.99
- Ahsoka Tano’s T-6 Jedi Shuttle - $79.99
One of the very coolest Star Wars LEGO sets out this month is one that’s just Chewbacca. It’s a brilliantly designed piece of hardware, with all kinds of wavy blocks placed carefully to look like the Wookiee’s fur. It looks great. New LEGO Harry Potter Sets
- Gringotts Wizarding Bank - Collector’s Edition - $429.99
- Bravery & Wisdom Bundle - $55.99
- Loyalty & Determination Bundle - $55.99
Two standout Harry Potter sets are out this month. The Gringott’s Wizarding Bank - Collector’s Edition is the biggest (and most impressive looking) one. It costs $429.99 and is a LEGO Store exclusive. The other big (and more reasonably priced) one out this month is Hogwarts Castle and Grounds. You can see this one in detail with our We Build LEGO Hogwarts Castle and Grounds feature.
LEGO Advent Calendars 2023
All of the 2023 LEGO advent calendars are now available. You can pick up one based on Marvel’s Avengers, Star Wars, Harry Potter, plus City and Friends.
Sonic and Tails BrickHeadz
These look sorta cursed to me — at least the Sonic one does — but these two Sega mascots have now gotten the blocky BrickHeadz treatment. Do with that what you will.
Walt Disney Tribute Camera
We’ve gotten some cool stuff during Disney’s year-long celebration of its centennial. Out this month is this old-school-cool camera build in honor of Walt himself. Also included is a Walt Disney minifigure, plus Mickey, Mini, Bambi, and Dumbo.
LEGO Icons: Concorde
The Concorde was a passenger plane that flew regular folk faster than the speed of sound on transatlantic flights from 1976 until its retirement in 2003. You can't fly on one anymore, but you can build this loving replica.
LEGO Ideas: The Insect Collection
Real insects might be kinda gross, but these intricate, buildable beauties don't crawl around, so they're considerably less skeevy.
