The Transformers franchise has, since the very first toys were sold in the 1980s, been a source of action-packed entertainment for countless fans. When the franchise finally landed its first live-action movie in 2007, fans were elated to see their favorite Autobots and Decepticons brought to life. The debut of a live-action Megatron was made to particularly great effect – but he actually borrowed the story of a different Transformer altogether.
