Jim Starlin is one of the great creators of the comic book industry's Bronze Age. In the early 1970s, Starlin revitalized Marvel's Adam Warlock and Captain Marvel and introduced a new crop of intergalactic heroes and villains, including Thanos and Gamora. Not only a skilled penciler, inker, and colorist, Starlin scripted some of the most beloved narratives in the Marvel canon, including The Infinity Gauntlet and The Death of Captain Marvel.
