Whether it's Gene Wilder, Johnny Depp or even Wonka's Timothée Chalamet, various performers brought something unique to Roald Dahl's Willy Wonka. In 2009, however, Funny or Die released a satirical short sketch entitled "Gobstopper" that took a different approach to the colorful chocolatier. And while multiple people stand out for playing Wonka on the big screen, few came off as unsettling and delightfully disturbed as Christopher Lloyd in what has to be one of his most underrated performances.
