When TV viewers think about King of the Hill, they're most likely to think about Johnny Hardwick as Dale Gribble. Even though the series was about Hank Hill and his family, Dale was the attention-grabbing character. One of Hank's three loyal friends for decades, Dale was known for his litany of conspiracy theories -- while ironically being completely clueless about his wife Nancy's affair with John Redcorn.
